Method
- Cut the chicken breast into thin, even strips.
- Toss chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; rest 5 minutes.
- Lay out tortillas; sprinkle a thin layer of mozzarella on each, add the seasoned chicken, then top with remaining mozzarella.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll up tightly from the bottom to seal.
- Brush the outside of each wrap lightly with olive oil, focusing on the seam side.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375 F.
- Place wraps seam side down in the basket with space between them; cook 6 minutes.
- Flip wraps and cook 6 minutes more, until deeply golden and crisp and the chicken is cooked through.
- Rest 2 minutes, then slice on a diagonal and serve.
Notes
- Cook in batches if needed so the wraps crisp instead of steaming.
- For extra sealing, place seam side down first and press lightly when you set it in the basket.
