Method
- Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and put them in a bowl.
- Add paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; toss to coat and rest 5 minutes.
- Lay out tortillas; sprinkle mozzarella in a narrow strip down the center, leaving a 1 inch border.
- Divide seasoned chicken evenly over the cheese.
- Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly from bottom to top; place seam side down.
- Lightly brush the outside of each wrap with oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Air fry wraps in a single layer seam side down for 12 minutes, turning once at 6 minutes, until golden and crisp and chicken is cooked through.
- Rest 2 minutes, slice, and serve hot with dip sauce of choice.
Notes
- Do not overfill; a thinner, even layer crisps better and heats through.
